What’s it all about?

By joining the bucklers club you’ll receive a loyalty card that goes straight into your phone wallet. You will earn points every time you drink or dine with us and in return you can enjoy complimentary food and drinks.

£5 Off Your Bill – 700 points

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points by presenting your Bucklers Club card to your server in Bucklers & telling them what you would like to redeem your points against when you order.

How much are my points worth?

For every £1 you spend in either of our sites you will receive 7 points, You can then redeem them for complimentary food or drink.

Do my points have an expiry date?

Yes, all unused points will expire 12 months after the date of your visit.

Can I use my points against other offers or events?

Unfortunately, not.  You cannot use your points at any event organised by or taking place at the Bucklers group or against any other offers.

What happens if I forget to claim my points when I visit?

Unfortunately, you can only claim your points at the time of your visit as the team don’t have the facility to add them once your bill has been paid.

Can I get a refund if I forgot to claim my reward?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund and to use your points once your food & drink have already been paid for.

Where has the offer I wanted gone?

Offers are subject to change.  You will receive notifications as to the expiry of offers.  But don’t worry, they will be replaced with other great ones.

Why can’t I use my card?

It could be once you unsubscribe from the club your loyalty card will be cancelled. If you haven’t unsubscribed please email us at theclub@bucklerscafe.co.uk so we can investigate why.

What happens if I don’t have a wallet on my phone for the loyalty card?

The best way to use your card is in a wallet on your phone as you can claim your rewards straight from your phone & we never leave home with out our phones! If you don’t have this facility then email us at theclub@bucklerscafe.co.uk with your query and we can create a laminated version for you.
